How does the credit work?
Every $129 you pay becomes $129 you can spend on any Juvly service. Each draw expires one year from its draw date, and the wallet caps at $1,548.
Do member discounts stack with financing or promos?
Member pricing applies first, then Cherry or PatientFi financing can be applied on the discounted total. Member pricing generally does not stack with limited-time new-client offers — you keep whichever is better.
Can I use it at any clinic?
Yes — your membership and banked credit follow you to all 11 Juvly clinics across OH, MN, WI, TX, NY, and FL.
What is the commitment?
There is a one-time $79 enrollment fee and a 12-month minimum. After 12 months the membership continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to info@juvly.com. Cancelling within the first 12 months carries a $350 early termination fee, waived if you move more than 100 miles from a Juvly location.
Can I hold this and a Wellness Membership at the same time?
Yes. Many clients hold The Juvly Membership for aesthetic treatments and add the Wellness Rx Membership for medical wellness. Each program has its own terms.
